Thank you so much to Gemma and Linda at Fred. Olsen Felixstowe who recently tried to help us get flights to be with our family in their time of need. Gemma for instantly looking up so many flights to get us there and Linda for advice and assistance along the way.

 They didn’t even book the original holiday for my family to start with but they still helped us greatly with their caring and kindness.
