Sue & I want to thank Kerrie & her staff at the Felixstowe branch, for all their exceptional help sorting out our return travel back from Thailand. We had a wonderful holiday, but in view of the ongoing Covid 19 virus situation, we realised that we needed to get home before the borders were locked down.

A quick email to Kerrie explaining our predicament & within 24 hrs we had a new schedule to fly home early. I have no doubt that without their amazing professionalism we would have been stuck in Thailand.
