I really wanted to thank you so much for your exceptional  service that you provided us in arranging not only our flights but all the associated complex documentation, to allow us entry into Canada. Your care was faultless, and attention to detail, along with your happy to help (with a smile) attitude, was so important and appreciated.

Our flight as we expected, departed 1 hour+ late, the flight though was good. On arrival we we had to show the Arrive Can twice, as we did at LHR. The border control was very slow due we understand to staff shortage, but also complex. We waited at the baggage carousel for over an hour, I think again staff shortage, as only the odd bag was arriving. However we finally departed the airport two hours after landing.

We have found Canada to feel like a young modern country, very capable, and safe. Much of our food shopping has been made in Canada, the Canadians we understand are very keen to purchase only locally made or sourced products, a lot of the fruit we buy especially apples are all local. The scenery is spectacular, we have arrived just in time for the leaves changing to the most beautiful and vibrant colours. Needless to say, leaving for home on Thursday is going to be a difficult one. We are so enjoying our time staying 100 yards from a very lovely lakeshore beach, with temps of 20c most days.
