We have been working with Mark Scrivener booking various holidays for the past five years (Covid excluded!)

We wanted to say how much we have appreciated his incredible patience, knowledge and sound advice in dealing with any bookings we have made through him at Fred. Olsen.

The most recent trip organised to New Zealand has however been beset with visa problems of various kinds, but again he has been quietly resolute in sorting this with us.
