Lorna and Kerry are both so helpful and cheery ..both efficient and nothing is too much trouble.
I appreciate in these times are particularly challenging and ever mutating (don’t like that adjective in Covid times)! and their respective roles and customer information etc about all the ramifications that Covid brings !!
