As promised a few photos of our time away. Still can’t believe how much of an amazing time it was.

Humphrey our driver was brilliant, only a small selection of photos below, as you know we saw so much more and it was down to his expertise. He made us feel at home in Kenya and was like family by time we left, he is a credit to Somak! Keekerok was such a lovely place and equally the staff made us feel welcome. Food and accommodation were all perfect. I loved visiting the hippo watering hole each day. The balloon trip and breakfast were also an excellent experience. The elephant orphanage was such a memorable place to visit.

The hotel in Zanzibar was beautiful, again food and hotel were excellent. The excursions we did were great, loved prison island with the giant tortoises  and our trip to see the forest monkeys. All of the guides were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, again they all represented Somak exceptionally well.

I did say that it was a once in a lifetime trip, but everything was so amazing we can’t wait to look into going back again.
