I would really like to thank a member of your staff - Emily Jacobs for her outstanding help and assistance in our cruise booking.

We started our enquiries in October and she was very informative regarding sightings of the Northern Lights, info on the cruise ship and we actually upgraded from an inner cabin to a balcony one based on this. She followed up with us in a professional way (we had “gone off the radar” for a couple of weeks due to family commitments) and then she went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us to get Covid-19 vaccination certificates from South Africa, she even went on her private home computer in her sourcing.

I have to say it was such a pleasure dealing with her and will come back for future cruises/holidays to Fred. Olsen most definitely .

She was a real star!
