I started working in travel October 2024.
Travel is my passion and I love talking to customers about where they have travelled in the world, their experiences and where they would like to go next. I also enjoy finding a holiday destination that they have dreamed of and helping them make their dream come true. That makes me very happy.
Ah well I always have a wish list that just gets longer, but I would think a Tour of Cambodia and Vietnam is probably top of my list. I just want to go and see the beautiful scenery and be immersed with the people and of course see Angkor Wat. My dream would be to travel sitting on the top of a train watching the world whizz by.
A tour of India for as long as possible so I could really get the feel of the country and the people and get fully immersed in the experience with all the different foods and cultures and way of life.
My favourite childhood holiday was our only family holiday abroad to Kos Greece. I was just so excited and I loved the beaches and being in the warm sunshine and sharing a moped with my older brother with us going all over the Island and laughing so much at the freedom.
White linen trousers (they go with EVERYTHING). A comfy pair of shoes and a kimono, which is a great cover up from the sun and always handy if I want to pop into a church or religious site.
1) Cross body bag so you have it handy for all your travel documents, passport tickets, money and you can keep it safe.
2) Make sure you take the right travel plugs and chargers.
3) Do your homework on where you are travelling to before leaving home, find out places of interest, transport links, location and trips you would like to do and if possible pre-book.
