I completed 3 years at Cricklade College studying GNVQ Leisure & Tourism and then went on to join in Bath Travel in Andover from September 1998 where I began as a Trainee Travel Consultant.
My favourite aspect of my job is to fulfil peoples expectations and creating wonderful holidays which give holding memories.
I also enjoy tailoring holidays especially in the luxury long-haul market where I feel the best of my knowledge is from my years of being in the industry.
My dream destination is a difficult one as I have covered a lot of the exotic destinations, but I would say I would love to experience travelling to Rwanda to see the Gorillas in their nature habitat before it is too late.
I have arranged many exciting holidays, but maybe experiencing Peru and Galapagos, which I arranged for a client a few years ago, which would be a great experience.
1) Make sure you create a list which helps when packing
2) Always make sure any liquids are kept in a waterproof bags in case of spillages
3) Create piles of clothes for day and nightwear.
